Moana 2 Premiere

To celebrate the UK premiere of Disney’s Moana 2, the London skies were transformed into a stunning spectacle using over 600 drones to bring key animation from the popular film to life. Iconic visuals such as Moana’s oar, Maui’s magical hook and sidekicks HeiHei and Pua took centre stage in the dazzling display.
The drone show was accompanied by three tracks from the all-new film soundtrack: Can I Get A Chee Hoo?, Beyond, and We’re Back. The combination of synchronised drone movements and the movie’s evocative music created a celebration of the film’s themes; courage, adventure and connection, while also putting the film’s logo up in lights for all to see.
Each sequence was designed to reflect the vibrancy of Moana 2, showcasing how cutting-edge technology can redefine what we know as storytelling. The display offered a unique way to mark the highly anticipated release of the film, transforming the London night sky into a magical canvas.
